I'm working with Stefan from Chobble.com to create and populate websites for businesses of all sizes. They're based on the "Chobble Template" - which is the same template that this site is built on!

It's a very flexible template with loads of tools for businesses built-in, like products, events, menus, reviews, team profiles, or news items. And every aspect of the site is tweakable and easily overridden - it's all open source - so the design can be customised however you see fit.

It's also designed to be really SEO-friendly, with super fast page load times and fully editable metadata. This means your efforts to optimise it won't be held back by technical issues.

You'll be able to edit the pages yourself through a really straightforward editor (PagesCMS), but we're on hand if you get stuck, too.

Professional vs DIY

You could use Wix or Squarespace and save a few quid in the short term. But when something breaks, or when you need something specific they don't do, tough luck. But with the Chobble Template you have a direct line to the developer, and any nerdy person can edit the code on your behalf. You have total freedom to manage your site however you like.

How it works

Chobble provide the technical side - hosting, backups, email, etc - and I'll work with you to create graphics, write content, and optimise your site.

We have a chat about what you need, Chobble builds a template, I populate it, you check it, we launch it. Then we keep it running, updated, and backed up.

This lets you focus on your business while we handle the website. If your logo and branding are already sorted, brilliant. If not, I'll sort that first.
